The Cellar opened in 2018 with a simple premise: Kigali deserved a restaurant that took both the food and the experience seriously. A place where the coffee is as considered as the cocktail list, and where every table feels like it was set for you.
Six years on, we've served over 4,080 guests, refined our menu through hundreds of iterations, and built a team that genuinely loves what they do.
